The remodel and addition seamlessly blend old and new—uniting the original residence with the detached art studio to create a more cohesive living experience.

The 588-square-foot addition and remodel expanded the home’s footprint while preserving its timeless charm. Each new element was thoughtfully designed to support the homeowner’s creative lifestyle and love for authentic architectural details.
