Project Overview

Set within an established Fort Collins neighborhood, the Residential Addition & Remodel reimagines a tri-level home with new living space, improved flow, and elevated architectural character. Designed to expand how the home functions day to day, the project blends thoughtful additions with a full kitchen transformation—creating a more comfortable, connected, and highly livable home while respecting the scale and character of the existing residence.

Design & Features

This 1778-square-foot addition introduces new gathering space and private living areas while modernizing key portions of the home for better performance and everyday use. The design combines clean detailing, durable exterior materials, and warm residential elements to create a seamless transition between old and new.
